Transfer does not work

Update 31 March : Transfer is ok now. But the old App was much better. The New one has no possibility to search s. th. through all issues. The new issues arrive late...

Forget it! The Transfer does not work. The support is not reachable, because "the Knitter" is not mentioned in the pull down menue. Some of my purchased issues are missing...
